When your baby gets older and begins to pull up in the crib (at around 5 months or so), the arm and canopy detach from the music box. The music box remains in the crib for the baby to enjoy. It's large, bright-coloured buttons are easy for baby to activate in the crib.
Very soothing with lots of different choices for music. I picked it because it had a projector that shows on the canopy and also has a sound setting that is nature sounds. We put soothing music for our 4 month old while she falls asleep and this is a great companion for the music.
This item is in excellent condition and in perfect working order.
